Function of Troxerutin
1, May expel phlegm and arrest coughing, it can also be used as anti-asthmatic.
2, Has anticancer activity, inhibits PI3-kinase activity and slightly inhibits PIP Kinase activity, reduces cancer cell growth via type II estrogen receptors.
3, May inhibit histamine release from basophils and mast cells.

About Troxerutin
Troxerutin is a derivative of the natural bioflavonoid Rutin extracted from Sophora japonica (Japanese pagoda tree).Common usage is mainly in the treatment of varicose veins and haemorrhoids. Troxerutine may also act to improve capillary function, reduce capillary fragility and reduce abnormal leakage. Applications also exist for reducing the occurrence of night cramps and other circulatory problems.
