About Coconut Diethanolamide (CDEA)
Coconut Diethanolamide (CDEA) is made from coconut oil, that is widely used as a surface-active agent in hand gels, hand-washing liquids, shampoos, and dish-washing liquids. 
Coconut Diethanolamide is a non-ionic surfactant with no cloud point. It is easily soluble in water and has good functions of foaming, foam stabilization, penetration and decontamination, and resistance to hard water. Coconut Diethanolamide can enhance cleaning effect, can be used as additive, foam stabilizer, foam booster, mainly used in the manufacture of shampoo and liquid detergent.
It is a viscous liquid and is used as a foaming agent in bath products like shampoos and hand soaps, and in cosmetics as an emulsifying agent.
