About Yeast β-Glucan
Yeast β-glucan is a water-insoluble branched polymer, the main chain is bound by β-1,3 glycoside bonds, and the branched chains are bound by β-1,6 glycoside bonds, accounting for 30% of the dry weight of yeast cell wall~ 35%.
