About Pralidoxime Iodide
Odorless, bitter ; the case of light metamorphism; 225-226 MP, MP 219 (decomposition). Water soluble in water (25 C) 48mg/ml; water solution stable, easily destroyed in alkaline solution.
Pralidoxime Iodide is organophosphorus pesticide poisoning antidote, mild organophosphate poisoning, can be used alone or atropine to control the symptoms; moderate, severe poisoning must be combined application of atropine, because the body has accumulated few acetylcholine effect.
